Our office places an emphasis on understanding our patients' needs and desires, custom tailored individualized dental plans, comfortable treatment, predictable treatment, and running on time.
As a new patient, you will receive a comprehensive written and visual assessment information pack that enables you to make an informed decision about your proposed treatment plan. This pack includes digital X-ray’s, extra-oral and intra-oral photography and saliva tests. You see the issues, we advise and you decide.
Cancellation Policy – we require 48 hours notice to make any changes to your appointment otherwise a broken appointment fee of $80 will be charged.

At your first appointment with Dr. Heather, we ask that you complete our pre-treatment medical and dental history form. The information required on this form is essential for your individual treatment planning.

Payment Options
Payment for your treatment will be required on the day of your appointment. We offer HICAPS, EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities (excluding AMEX and Diners) for your convenience.
